17th century. Colourwashed, render and rubble thatched roof with eyebrow dormer,
stone end stacks. Two storeys. One 2-light metal casement window with leaded lights
to first floor, one 3-light and one 2-light windows to ground floor. Porch under
thatched 'catslide' from main roof, plain door, side seats to porch. Later extension
to rear with double Roman tiled roof. Forms part of a picturesque group of thatched
cottages leading down to the River Avill and Gallox Bridge.
