Cottage. Early C19, possibly earlier. Red sandstone random rubble, asbestos slate roof, brick stacks gable ends. Plan:
2 cell and cross passage with rear wing. 2 storeys, 2 bays; 12 pane sash windows, central glzed door with gabled
slate roofed decorative wooden trelliswork porch. 2 bay right return, early C19 2-light leaded casement with quadrant
stays. lower independently roofed kitchen block with C20 window and tall stone stack on gable end. Wrought iron, flat
headed railings set in dwarf wall and returned to right side of cottage with central gate in similar style, arched
reinforcement, set on axis with entrance. Interior not viewed.
