Cottage. C17 subsequently altered, restored mid C20. Red sandstone random rubble, external stepped stone stacks gable
ends, asbestos slate roof. Plan: probably 2 cell originally. 2 storeys, 2 bays; early C19 3-light leaded casements with
small glazed opening groundfloor centre; entrance now on rear elevation through 2 gabled C20 porches with C20 doors.
Interior: chamfered beams with runout stops, 4 pairs of principals with collar beams.
