Cottage. Late C16-early C17, partly demolished, C20 addition. Red sandstone random rubble, thatched roof, half hipped
to right, large external stepped stack on facade. 2 cells remaining of possible 3 cell and cross passage plan, single
storey C20 addition at rear. One and a half storeys, 2 dormers to left of external stack, inner one with steeply
chamfered mullions modified from 4-light to tripartite casement, 2-light casements ground floor and similar on one bay
right return. Entrance at rear. Interior not viewed, said to contain 2 pairs of jointed crucks, chamfered beams with
step and runout stops and evidence that building originally continued beyond the present half hipped gable end. (VAG
