Cottage in terrace. C18 altered late C20, perhaps refronting of earlier dwelling. Roughcast over rubble, slate roof,
sprockets, decorative ridge tiles. Plan: 2 cell and cross passage with extension at rear. 2 storeys, 3 bays; first
floor C20 2-light casements with many panes, groundfloor 16 pane sash windows under lintels, 2 right and one left of
entrance, half glazed C20 door under pentice slab carried on decorative wrought iron brackets. Primarily listed for
group value.
