House with shop, now house only. Early C19. Rendered over rubble, shallow pitch slate roof, overhanging eaves with
soffit board, brick stacks gable ends. Plan: originally shop left with dwelling to right. 2 storeys, long 4 bay
frontage; 16 pane sash windows first floor and groundfloor outer bay right, left double shop-front of 4 x 4 pane
windows, central double doors with marginal glazing bars, end pilasters carrying frieze, entrance to dwelling centre
right recessed door, panelled reveals. Angle of junction with left return wall strongly chamfered. A fine example of an
early C19 shop front. (Photograph in NMR).
