Landscape feature in form of Roman tomb stone, set in the park of Orchard
Wyndham (qv). Late C18-early C19. Monolithic red sandstone about 2 metres
high. Cambered head. Incised face thought to be female, indistinct Latin inscription below and incised laurel wreath. Reconstruction of a Roman
tomb stone found in Cumberland by the Wyndhams of Orchard Wyndham (qv).
