Cottage. Dated 1616, altered and reroofed C19. Roughcast over rubble, expressed quoins, slate roof, overhanging eaves,
sprockets, brick stacks gable ends and right of cross passage. Plan: probably 3 cell and cross passage. 2 storeys, long
2 bay facade, 3-light leaded iron casements with painted stepped lintels and rusticated surrounds centre left, C20 half
glazed door with weather boarded gable porch hood. Date plaque to right of entrance inscribed 1616 with rose bush
design below, similar to that on Stream Farmhouse (qv).
