House. Circa 1840. Roughcast over random rubble, moulded plinth, steeply pitched gabled roofs, overhanging eaves,
plain bargeboards. Double pile. Picturesque villa style. 2 storeys, 3 gabled bays, mid C19 fenestration, segmental
headed 2-light casements, rectangular unglazed openings in gable ends above, ground floor segmental headed French
windows left, 2 long segmental headed casements right, central double doors half glazed with glazing bars. Right
return 2 similar gables one casement left, 2 right, recessed gabled bay beyond with monopitch addition, 8 bay verandah
of cast iron trellis work carrying asbestos covered roof with 4 gables, returned to right with 5 bays and 3 gables.
