Milestone. Early C19, perhaps reset mid C20. Limestone and cast iron.
Round headed stone about 750 mm with attached plaque inscribed and
painted '10 miles to Taunton', the paint in poor condition at time of
survey (July 1983).
Milestone shown on OS map at same NGR, described as 'Minehead 14', has
possibly been replaced by present plaque.
