Cottage. Probably C16. Red sandstone random rubble, partially rendered on facade, thatched, central brick stack. Plan two cell, entry facing stack. One storey with attic lit from gable ends, facade one C19 casement to right of central plank door. Single storey pantiled addition to right with C20 window to right of plank door.

Interior: chamfered beams with stops left, covered C20 ceiling to right, modern grate, winder stairs at rear. Appears to have one pair of jointed crucks with but purlins. Rare survival of relatively unaltered two cell cottage.
