Cottage, now store. C17, altered C18 perhaps when fireplace inserted. Blue lias random rubble, pantiled roof, brick
stack left gable end. Plan: single cell, probably with wooden partition originally. 2 storeys, first floor central
loft door, ground floor 3-light unglazed wooden mullions, flanking central entrance, right hand one octagonal mullions,
central half glazed door, all ground floor openings have wooden lintels. Single storey pantiled lean-to addition left
with plank door. Interior: chamfered beams, coller and principal roof. Primarily listed for group value with Shurton
Lodge (qv).
