2 Piers, railings, dwarf wall, gatepiers, gates, lamp carrier. 1863-5. Architect John Norton. Piers; dressed blue
lias with ashlar limestone caps, moulded cornice and plinth, pyramid top surmounted by foliage cluster, chamfered
corners, about 1.5 metres in height at outer limits of railings. Railings set in dwarf wall, cast iron and random
rubble. Fleur de lys standards and tripartile uprights of 8 bays on either side of central cast iron gatepiers, fleur
de lys headed with inset quatrefoil panels and lamp carrier over. Double gates of similar design to railings.
