Four cottages, now 2, fronting High Street with similar returned to Lime Street. C18. Roughcast over random rubble,
thatched roof, brick stack centre, similar on return with tall stack rising from eaves right hand side of left return.
"L"-plan at corner of High Street and Lime Street, outshot at rear. High Street facade: 2 storeys, 3 bays; 2 early C20
2-light casements left, 3-light leaded iron casement right, ground floor right 4 x 6 paned window with mullion, 2-light
casement centre in segmental headed reveal, 3-light leaded iron casement on segmental headed reveal outer bay right.
Entrance to No.8 between first and second bays right, half glazed C20 door in segmental headed opening, entrance to
No.10 between first and second bay left, C20 plank door. Left return, 2 storeys, first floor outer bay left C20 many
paned window, centre early C19 3-light leaded iron casement with quadrant stay, ground floor left C20 many paned window
segmental leaded reveal, centre 3-light leaded iron casement in segmental headed reveal with small 2-light window to
right of entrance to No.2, C20 partially glazed door. Entrance to No.4 outer bay left, C20 partially glazed tour,
Interior not viewed. The only surviving thatched cottages in the centre of Stogursey.
