Farmhouse. Early C19, perhaps incorporating earlier dwelling enlarged late C19. Rendered over random rubble, moulded
plinth, slate roof with over hanging eaves on facade, coped verges at rear on main block, 2 circular brick dressed
openings right gable end, brick stacks gable ends. Double pile plan, lower independently roofed service wing to right,
later wing at rear. 2-storeys, 3:1 bays; 12 pane sash windows, archer head window first floor centre above arched
doorcase, panelled reveals, leaded fanlight, 6 panel door with early C19 urn-type knocker. To right, 3-light casement
first floor, 2-light ground floor to left of C20 plank door. Interior not viewed
