15/18 Myrtle Cottage

GV II

Cottage, possibly originally agricultural building. C17-C18. Roughcast over rubble, thatched roof hipped to left, brick
stack rising from eaves left, later stack at rear, brick stack right gable end. Plan; 3 cell, One and a half storeys,
1:3 bays, all early C19 leaded iron casements, 2 and 3-light dormer rising from below eaves, ground floor 2-light left
and 3 and 2-light right of C20 plank door with inserted light. Interior not seen, said to contain 4 side lapped and
notched collar trusses. (VAG Report, unpublished SRO, September 1974).
