Pair of semi-detached cottages. C18. Red sandstone and lias random rubble, clay tile roof, overhanging eaves,
sprockets, stone stacks gable ends. Plan: single cell. Two storeys, 4 bays; first floor 2-light leaded iron casements,
one renewed, another with quadrant stays, voussoirs to ground floor openings, 3-light casements in outer bays, one left
with quadrant stays, centre 2 segmental leaded plank doors with inserted lights. Forms part of a group with range of
farmbuildings (qv) adjoining to north-east, also part of Townsend Farm.
