Semi-detached house. Late C18-early C19, possibly incorporating part of earlier dwelling. Rendered over rubble,
pilaster quoin strips, shallow pitch slate roof, brick stacks right gable end. Plan: double pile, wing at rear. Two
storeys, 3 bays, 16-pane sash windows, central raised and fielded 6-panel door with 2 inserted lights, slate pentice
hood porch. Right return gable end, first floor early C19 leaded iron 2-light casement, another 2-light casement on
ground floor in gable end to rear with lean-to addition beyond.
