Churchyard Cross
ST 7747 NE 10/430 GV and Balustraded Steps
and Terrace

Before 1887. Memorial to Rev W J E Bennett who rebuilt the Church. Approached
from south porch. Cast iron gates lead to steps with extended landings.
Perpendicular style balustrade with angel finials. Octagonal area with mosaics
around base of cross which has steps to base of tall shaft with cross. Steps
have raised lettering. Further steps up to south.
