1813-36. Included for group value. Mid C19. 3 storeys rubble with freestone
dressings. 1 bay to Bath Street with stepped cills, bracketted cornices to
ground and first floor windows. String over raised ground floor. Ashlar
lobby on ground floor of 3 bays (probably 1880s), corner piers, cornice to parapet, pilasters flanking central doorway and side windows. Glazing bar
sash windows in arched openings. Small stable wing to east with central
fanlight over double doors, formerly cart house of No 12. Linked to
boundary wall of No 12 Gentle Street by street wall about 7 feet high,
rubble with blocked entrance retaining 4 hinge pins.
