Appears on 1813 map but has the appearance of a circa 1830 building. 2
storey villa in coursed rubble with ashlar dressings. Slate roofs. Eaves
and verges have pierced and scalloped bargeboards. 3 windows to road,
gable to right with pediment on brackets to 1st floor window. Large
angled bay to left of south front with porch in angle, latter has corner
scallops and central scroll brackets. Glazing bar sash windows.
