ST 7748 6/159 31.1.74 Hill Gardens


Circa 1800. Ashlar front, moulded plinth, moulded and dentilled cornice, parapet
with coping. 3 storeys and basement. 3 windows, plate glass sashes in reveals,
moulded cornices on consoles to ground floor windows. Central door under transom
light. Doorcase with dentilled cornice on square section engaged columns.
Parapet has blind panels at window intervals. Interior: wide hall with elegant
stairs, segmental hall arch.
