Leases 1705-06. 2½ storeys with pantile roof. 1 window each. Gables to attic
altered in modern ashlar of 1980-81. Timber lintels, casement windows, No 29 3-light.
No 30 2-light casements. Plain doorways. Gabled extensions to rear, No 30 with
later catslide lean-to with 2-light stone mullion window. NO 29 mid C19 brick
rear wing. Interior: Chamfered ceiling beams and winder stairs against chimney
stack. Built for Jeffrey Coombes, husband-man, as a pair of cottages. (See also
