Circa 1821. Main front at right angles to road. Ashlar, hipped modern tile roof.
Channelled ground floor, cornice and blocking course. 3 storeys and attic (one
dormer). 4 windows, asymmetrically spaced, plate-glass sashes in reveals. Stone
porch on square section columns with lean-to extension on left also with channelled
masonry and with 2 segment headed windows.
