Apparently after 1813. 3 storeys, 2 windows. Coursed and dressed rubble (painted),
slight end piers. Ashlar band over ground floor. Simple moulded architraves to
glazing bar sashes, casements on 2nd floor with tablet between bearing initials
'J.H.B.' over a possible date stone. Arched doorway to left with wreathed and
radiating fanlight. Slate roof with coped verges. Pantiled 2½ storey mansard roofed
extension to rear.
