Plain building of 1812. Hipped slate roof. Ashlar front with moulded coping to blocking course, cornice, string course and plinth. Five windows on two tiers the upper tier with semi-circular heads, the lower with segmental heads, keystones. Portico with entablature on two columns. Return elevations have six windows and central entrance lobby. Street has fluted gate piers to left and right of a retaining wall to street with very shallow pediment.
