Circa 1863 Gothic Architect W J Willcox (according to "The Builder"). 2 storeys
and attic. Asymmetrical elevation. Rubble with ashlar dressings and quoins. Tiled
roof. 2 bays. Gable to left with angled bay on ground floor. Simplified shaped
surrounds with mullions to paired windows, sashes. Pointed doorway off-centre right
with, to right of it, 2 pointed windows separated from doorway by squat colonette.
1st floor gable window arched and sub-divided with oculus; tumbled work in over arch
Part of the Wesleyan Chapel school development.
