Pair of houses. Circa 1700. Limestone rubble, squared quoins, C20 pantile roof. Paired cottages, symmetrical facade.
2-storeys, single bay each, 3-light roll-moulded stone mullioned windows with angled drip moulds, except late C19
window to first floor of No. 4. Square head stone architrave to each door opening, that to No. 5 moulded with floral
boss above, and angled label, plank doors. No. 4 has depressed 4-centred arch surround to fireplace on ground floor.
Group value with Woodlands Farmhouse, and No. 1 Brewery Lane (qv). Undergoing considerable alteration at time of
re-survey, 1983.
