Town house, part of row. Painted limestone rubble, pantile roof, coped verges with brick stack to right. 3-storeys,
single bay. Square-headed doorway with reeded wooden architrave, having circular bosses either side of lintel.
Contemporary 6-panelled door, fielded and flush moulded. To right a 12-light sash window in moulded architrave; sashes
to first and second floor of same type.
