House with Shop. Dated 1879. Ashlared Doulting, slate roof, ashlar stacks. Italian-Gothic. 4-storeys 3-bays. Ground
floor openings modern. Above central tripartite window with segmental head to each light, single light opening to
either side. Similar fenestration to second and third floors. All central openings have elaborate decorative treatment.
Panelled pilasters to either side. Dentil eaves cornice. Central shaped gable with circular decorative frieze to centre
and urns to either side. Primarily included for group value.
