House. Dated 1715. Rubble, rough quoins, C20 double roman tile roof, coped verges, brick stacks raising through apex of
each. Rectangular on plan, symmetrical facade. 3-storeys, 2-bays, C20 side hung casements in ovolo moulded stone
surrounds, angled labels over, except to second storey casements set directly into wall. Central doorway, stone
architrave, ovolo moulded jambs, plank door. Late C20 entrance inserted to its left. Above semi-circular stone plaque,
raised stone letters:- "W.I.E 1715".
