House, now school. Circa 1870. Doulting ashlar, slate roof, ashlar stacks to centre and each side. Symmetrical
Italianate style. 2-storeys and attic, 5-bays, sashes in moulded stone architraves. Solid sided central porch having
doorway with Caernarvon-arch head, moulded surround, 6-panelled door, fanlight over, flanked to each side by Tuscan
pilaster. Moulded cornice, parapet with balusters and moulded coping. End pilasters to each side of facade and one to
each side of porch, running into moulded cornice. Mansard roof, 3-dormers, that to centre in semi-circular gable with
scalloped decoration, triangular pediments above remainder. Lower 2-storey wing of 2-bays to each side, similar
fenestration to main block. End pilasters, moulded cornice, parapet with coping, brick stack to each side. Rusticated
ashlar gate piers to Paul Street with pineapple finials, and low wall running 10 metres East and 10 metres West along
Paul Street terminating in 2-further ashlar piers, that to right with ball finial.
