2/292 Stable, Granary, and Cartshed
adjacent to Batch Farm House



Combined stable, granary, and cartshed. Circa 1800. Doulting rubble, dressed stone quoins, coped verges with finials,
slate roof. Rectangular on plan, with projecting wing to centre of facade. 2-storeys, irregular openings. To left
2-broad segmental headed archways; doorway in projecting wing; to right doorway of lower height, flanked to each side
by window opening with remains of early C19 casements, identical fenestration above. A good example of a high quality
farm range.
