Cottage. C17. Doulting and local limestone rubble, tile roof, brick end stacks. "L"-plan, symmetrical facade. 2-storeys
and attic, 2-bays, 3-light ovolo moulded stone mullioned windows with angled labels over. Small C19 pent roofed outshut
to left side contains door opening, 4-panelled door, gabled porch with depressed 4-centred arch head reached by a
flight of stone steps. Wings to rear has 3-light mullioned windows, weathered string at first floor level. (Marked on
OS map as Poyntz's).
