Four dwellings, originally one house. C17. Doulting rubble, dressed quoins, C20 pantile roof, coped verges on kneelers,
4 restored brick stacks. "L"-plan, Jacobean. 2-storeys, 8-bays, 2-light ovolo moulded stone mullion and transom windows
with stopped labels; blocked 4 keyed opening on each floor between fifth and sixth bays. Gabled ashlar porch in third
bay, moulded string, coping and base for finial, C20 half glazed door; door opening in seventh bay being an altered
window, C20 glazed door; further door opening in each return. (Marked on OS map as Holly Grange).
