Cottage, part of row. Dated 1744, early C19 alterations. Roughcast, moulded eaves cornice, slate roof with small gabled
dormer, brick and rubble end stacks. 2-storeys, 3-bays, sash windows with glazing bars in plain stone surrounds.
Central door opening in similar surround, triangular pediment on moulded stone brackets, 6-panelled door, top 2-panels
glazed. Above first floor window stone tablet with cut stone letters:- B.I.M 1744". Blinder wall to right
incorporating 2 sash windows in similar surrounds.
