Cottage, part of row. Dated 1738, later C18 alterations. Squared and coursed Doulting rubble, clay pantile roof with
C20 dormer, rendered stack. 2-storeys and attic, 3-bays, sash windows with glazing bars in edge moulded stone
surrounds. Central door opening in similar surround, C20 panelled door. Stone plaque between first and second bays on
first floor reads:- "S.I.A. 1738".
