Cottage, part of row. Dated 1724. Local limestone rubble, quoins, clay pantile roof, brick stack. 2-storeys, 2-bays,
ovolo moulded stone mullioned windows of 2-lights. Central door opening in bead moulded stone surround, C19 4-panelled
door. String courses over window heads. Central stone plaque, raised stone letters:- 'S.I.A. 1724". 2-light mullioned
attic light to left side, ovolo stone surround.
