Cottage. Early C19, altered C20. Local limestone and Doulting rubble, clay triple Roman tile roof, brick stacks.
2-storeys, 3-bays, irregular fenestration, plain stone mullioned windows of 2-lights, some restored; centre bay of
first floor rising through eaves to form flat roofed half dormer; all openings have leaded lights. Pointed arch door
opening in heavily chamfered stone surround; reproduction ribbed door with strap hinges. 2-light mullioned window in
left return. Once part of former Fussell ironworks sited nearby.
