Former gatehouse to farmyard now barn. Circa 1750. Coursed and squared Doulting rubble, stone eaves course, hipped double Roman tile roof. Classically styled. 2-storey facade, 1:1:1 bays, centre bay projects slightly under triangular pediment; below wide gateway with semi-circular arch head, triple keystone and impost band; C20 plank doors. Flanking bays have window openings in plain stone surrounds; that on first floor of left side mutilated, C20 plank doors inserted. Returns have 3 blocked openings per side on upper floor. Pent roofed outshut of one storey on left side. Once part of model fare attached to Marston Hall (qv Trudoxhill CP).
