Gate, gate piers and flanking
wall adjacent to lodge to Chantry

Gate, gate piers and flanking wall. Circa 1827 by John Pinch for James Fussell. Rusticated Doulting ashlar gate piers,
2 metres high with moulded caps, pair of wrought iron gates. To right coursed and squared Doulting rubble wall running
for 70 metres, flat coping. To left low plinth, formerly carrying railings, and further squared rubble pier with
capping; rubble wall continuing for further 170 metres. Pointed arch door opening at furthest end; plank door.
