House. Circa 1800, mid C19 alterations. Coursed and dressed Doulting rubble, moulded eaves cornice, wide eaves, slate
roof gabled to right, hipped to left, dressed stone stacks. Symmetrical facade, "L" plan. 2-storeys, 3-bays, 12-pane
sash windows to first floor, below later sash windows with marginal lights. Central ashlar porch with moulded cornice,
blocking course; ogee headed window openings to front and left side, door opening to right, half glazed door;
6-panelled inner door, fielded panels. Right return of 3-bays, semi-circular headed opening with keystone to centre of
first floor. Wing of lower height to rear. Squared and coursed Doulting rubble wall with flat coping springs from left
side of facade; central ashlar gate piers with pyramidal cappings, wrought iron gate; wall continues 52 metres to right
bounding garden.
