Farmhouse, now dwelling. Circa 1775. Local limestone rubble, dressed quoins, moulded stone eaves cornice, central
pediment on brackets, plain tile roof, coped verges, ashlar stacks with caps. "L"-plan, classical style. 2-storeys with
half basement and attic, 5-bays, 12-pane sash windows in moulded architraves to ground floor, above, squat casements in
similar surrounds, basement has casements in plain surrounds. Central architrave door opening with emphasised keystone,
moulded cornice over; reached by stone steps with plain iron railings supported by small stone pillars on plinths at
their foot.
