House and attached outbuilding. Mid C19. Random rubble, dressed quoins to house, double-Roman tile roofs, brick stack
to left. House 2 storeys, 2 bays, 4-pane sash windows in plain stone surrounds. Central door opening in bead moulded
stone surround, 4-panelled door. Contiguous outbuilding to right of slightly lower height, roof hipped to right. One
bay, 2-light casements, that to first floor blocked; plain door opening, 4-panelled door. Primarily included for group
value as it compliments the scale of adjacent buildings on Goose Street.
