House. Late C18. Squared rubble, pantile roof, stone eaves course, coped verge to right, brick ridge stack, further
brick stack to rear. Two storeys, one bay, sash windows with glazing bars in plain stone surrounds. Door opening in
right return of 2 bays, similar fenestration; 6- panelled door, top 2 panels cut away and glazed as one, in plain stone
surround, wooden hood on cut stone brackets. Catslide to rear. Primarily included for group value with number 10
Warminster Road.
