House. Dated 1764. Coursed rubble, double roman tile roof, 2 rendered end rubble stacks capped with brick. Virtually
symmetrical facade. Two storeys, 3 bays, 3 light edge moulded stone mullioned windows except centre window to first
floor of 2 lights. C20 concrete gabled porch, paired half glazed doors; plank inner door with glazed panel. Stone
plaque directly under centre window of first floor inscribed:- "MWWM 1764".
