Cottage, formerly 2 dwellings. Mid C18. Random rubble, double roman tile roof, coped verges, 2 brick stacks and
single rubble stack. Asymmetrical facade. Two storeys and attic, 4 bays, predominantly 3-light moulded stone mullioned
windows; window to right of ground floor bead moulded and of 2 lights, 2 light casement to left bay; dripmoulds above
ground floor openings. C20 gabled porch, triple roman tile roof, casement to front, vertical plank door to right side.
Single storey pent roofed outshut to right, three quarter glazed C20 door. Interior contains 2 broad fireplaces with
wooden lintels to ground floor.
