Estate house. Early C19. Coursed and squared rubble, cross gabled slate roof, coped verges with onion finials, group
of 4 diagonally set ashlar stacks. Tudoresque. Two storeys, projecting gabled bay to front; casements with glazing
bars in 2-light stone mullioned windows under stopped labels, trefoil head to each light; single light opening to each
side of bay. Door opening in a 2 storey gabled wing to left side, 2-light stone mullioned window to first floor, below
plank door in a moulded stone surround, semi-circular stone hood on cut stone brackets. Cast iron railings to
forecourt with undulating heads on a low chamfered stone plinth; ashlar pier to each side with a pyramidal cap; coursed
and squared rubble wall with a dressed coping extending 11 metres to each side.
