House. Mid C19. Brick and some rubble, hipped slate roofs, bracketed eaves, 4 rubble and ashlar stacks. Garden
Cottage symmetrical; 2 storeys, 3 bays, 16-pane sash windows, dressed stone lintels with emphasised keystones. Central
door opening, 4-panelled door, top 2 panels glazed, small flat roofed wooden trellis porch. Pent roofed conservatory
to right return. House to rear asymmetrical in a similar style, sash windows with glazing bars; plank door with glazed
panel, pent roofed trellis porch.
