Summerhouse. Stucco scribed as ashlar, stone tile roof, cluster of 3 ashlar stacks set diagonally, 2 further ashlar
stacks to rear. Picturesque cottage-ornee style. Single storey and attic, 3 bays; salient feature large central
semi-circular bow under a conical roof with wide bracketed eaves, french windows with full height side lights, fine
ornamental leading and stained glass; 12-pane sash windows set back to each side. Door opening in left return in a
chamfered segmental headed stone surround, 6-panelled door with a transom light. Rear elevation with a projecting
gable, decorative pierced bargeboards, supported on tree trunks; 2 two light stone mullion and transom window to ground
floor. Co-eval interior features including 2 fireplaces in reeded stone surrounds.
